How are the videos converted?
1. We receive the video from you, (VHS, Hi8, miniDV or DVD) by post or in person.
2. We convert the videos to a digital format, split them and send you a bill.
3. After payment is received, we send you the videos by e-mail.
4. We will return or discard your cassettes, according to your preferences.
